The role
You will join our team as a site manager in Ouled Fayet, in the daïra of Cheraga. You will plan and supervise the works to meet deadlines and the expected quality standards, while coordinating teams and subcontractors. You will handle the technical and administrative follow-up of the site, ensure the safety of everyone working on it, and manage supplies. You will report regularly on progress to management and clients. This is a fixed-term contract (CDD) position with room for growth.
What we expect
→Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's 2 or engineering degree in architecture, civil engineering or a related field
→3 to 5 years of experience in site management in the construction industry
→Knowledge of construction techniques and safety standards
→Ability to lead a team and make quick decisions on site
→Rigor, autonomy and initiative
