Terms of use
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms apply to anyone who uses djoblik.com. By creating an account or applying, you accept them. They complement the privacy policy.
1. The service
Djoblik, published by Djoblik SARL (Algiers), is a recruitment platform: recruiters post jobs for free, candidates apply for free, and a match score explains to both sides why a profile fits a job or not.
2. Your account
- An account belongs to one person. The information you give must be accurate and up to date.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is deemed done by you.
- You can delete your account at any time from your space.
3. For candidates
- Applying, creating your profile and CV, and requesting an internship are free.
- Your match score is computed when you send your application, then locked: complete your profile before applying so it is accurate.
- You follow every step of your application in your space. Djoblik guarantees neither an interview nor a hire: the decision is the recruiter's.
- Send only true information. A false application or false contact details may lead to the account being suspended.
4. For recruiters
- To publish, your company must be verified: you send a trade register or self-employed card when signing up, and the Djoblik team checks it before your first job.
- Posting jobs is free and unlimited. The salary must be stated.
- Your jobs must match a real, open position in your company, described honestly. Fake jobs, jobs that ask the candidate for payment, and discriminatory jobs are forbidden.
- You agree to use candidates' contact details only for the recruitment concerned, never for prospecting or resale.
5. Unlocks and pricing
A candidate's contact details (name, email, phone) are obtained through an unlock:
- 2,000 DZD per candidate unlocked;
- 1,000 DZD for a company holding a valid « startup » label, checked by the Djoblik team;
- free for candidates to an internship, for candidates who arrived through the share link of your own jobs (on all of the company's jobs), and for internship requests you receive.
An unlocked candidate stays unlocked for your company for good. Unlocks are paid from your Djoblik balance, topped up with the payment methods offered in your space. If the details obtained are false or the candidate cannot be reached, contact us: the team can refund the unlock to your balance.
An internship longer than 12 months, or paid at the national minimum wage (SNMG) or more, is treated as a job: its unlocks stay paid until the team approves it as an internship.
6. Scouted jobs
So candidates find more jobs, the Djoblik team lists jobs published elsewhere by companies not yet registered. These jobs are marked as such: the application waits, and the company is invited to join Djoblik to receive it. A company concerned can ask for its job to be removed at [email protected].
7. Forbidden uses
- Copying jobs or profiles in bulk, by bot or otherwise.
- Getting around unlocks to obtain contact details, or passing them on to third parties.
- Publishing false, misleading or abusive content, or content that breaks Algerian law.
- Disrupting the service or trying to access other people's accounts.
8. Suspension
The Djoblik team can suspend an account, and close its jobs, in case of fraud, abuse or breach of these terms, or at the holder's request. The decision is reasoned. A suspended account can no longer log in; it can be reactivated.
9. Liability
Djoblik connects candidates and recruiters: it is not a party to the employment contract. Each recruiter is responsible for their jobs and decisions, each candidate for the information they provide. We do what is needed to keep the service available and secure, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Ownership
The brand, the site and its tools belong to Djoblik. You remain the owner of what you publish (jobs, profile, CV) and allow us to display it on Djoblik for the service described here.
11. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the date at the top of the page shows it, and any important change is announced to you. They are governed by Algerian law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the courts of Algiers have jurisdiction.
