The role
Piramid Transit is recruiting a senior salesperson on a permanent contract (CDI) for its Kouba site in Algiers, in a key account-oriented role. You will be in charge of developing and retaining a portfolio of strategic clients, with personalized and regular follow-up. You will develop sales strategies tailored to clients' needs, negotiate contracts and handle the administrative follow-up of sales. The position also includes managing a sales team and working closely with the marketing, logistics and finance departments.
What we expect
→Master's level degree (Bac+5) in business, management or a similar field.
→One to two years of experience in key account management or a similar sales position.
→Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
→Ability to work in a team and to manage staff.
→Autonomy, rigor and organizational skills.
→Good knowledge of the Algerian market.
