The role
This permanent (CDI) sales advisor position is based in Aïn Naâdja and Chéraga, in Algiers, and must be filled immediately. The advisor welcomes customers, identifies their needs and guides them toward the most suitable home appliances, explaining their features and functions. They carry out sales, follow up on orders and help with shelf stocking and stock management. They also work to build customer loyalty and keep track of competitors' prices and offers. A bonus may complement the salary depending on the achievement of sales targets.
What we expect
→Sales training or equivalent experience.
→Proven sales experience, ideally in home appliances, strongly preferred.
→Good knowledge of home appliances and their features.
→Excellent customer relations, good listening skills and communication skills.
→Results-oriented, with persuasion and negotiation skills.
→Organizational skills and team spirit.
