The role
This production director position is a senior executive role responsible for managing manufacturing operations at the El Eulma industrial site, in Sétif. The successful candidate ensures quality, safety and on-time delivery, while working to improve productivity and keep costs under control. They coordinate the production, maintenance and quality teams, monitor performance indicators and manage the related budgets. They also help define the industrial strategy alongside senior management. The contract offered is a permanent contract (CDI).
What we expect
→Bac +5 level degree in industrial production or industrial engineering.
→More than ten years of experience in production management or industrial methods.
→Proven experience in team management and industrial project management.
→Command of continuous improvement approaches.
→Proficiency in French, with knowledge of Arabic considered an asset.
→Availability to work at the El Eulma site.
