The role
This Procurement Manager position at HUAWEI TELECOMMUNICATIONS ALGERIA SARL, based in Algiers, involves selecting and qualifying telecom service suppliers. You will develop bidding strategies for engineering services, lead commercial negotiations and take part in contract signing. You will work with the project team to strengthen supplier resources and ensure the proper delivery of project sites. You will maintain supplier relationships and assess their performance in order to address any difficulties. The contract offered is a fixed-term contract (CDD), open to entry-level candidates.
