The role
Ayvens Algérie is hiring an Accounting Manager on a permanent contract (CDI), based in Bab Ezzouar, Algiers. You will oversee all accounting activities and ensure that operations comply with accounting and tax regulations and with Group requirements. You will guarantee the reliability of financial information, lead the monthly and annual closings, and coordinate the work of the statutory auditors. You will also produce the reports intended for stakeholders, manage the Accounting and Administration team, and strengthen internal controls.
What we expect
→Minimum 4 years of higher education (Bac+4) in accounting, finance or an equivalent field
→Five to eight years of experience in accounting roles with responsibility
→Proven experience in team supervision and management of closings
→Good command of IFRS standards and taxation
→Integrity, rigor and a strong sense of responsibility
