The role
You will join a team based in Algiers as Human Resources Manager, on a permanent contract. The position covers the entire HR cycle, from recruitment to administrative management, including the design of training plans and the monitoring of career paths. You will lead an HR team and ensure compliance with social legislation. You will also take part in defining the HR policy alongside management and maintain a healthy social climate.
What we expect
→Degree in human resources or an equivalent field.
→Three to five years of experience in a similar position, ideally including team management.
→Proficiency in IT tools and HR software.
→Good communication skills, organizational skills and time management.
→In-depth knowledge of Algerian labor law.
→Rigor and a strong sense of confidentiality.
