The role
NEXERA SERVICES, the Algiers subsidiary of a multinational group in the telecommunications sector, is recruiting a Human Resources Manager on a permanent contract. The position ensures compliance with labor law, turns the management's HR needs into concrete actions and maintains a healthy social climate. It covers the administrative management of staff, payroll and attendance monitoring, as well as the handling of disciplinary cases. The post holder is also the point of contact for government authorities and takes part in budget and accounting monitoring.
What we expect
→4-year university degree (Bac+4) in human resources, complemented by professional training in the field
→7 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company
→Command of labor law and social law
→Ability to manage and lead a team
→Good listening skills, discretion and confidentiality
→Good oral and written communication skills
