The role
Based in El Biar, Algiers, this permanent (CDI) HR manager position is for someone able to handle both recruitment and the day-to-day HR follow-up of a call center. The post holder screens candidates, conducts the first phone interviews and assesses candidates' speaking skills and motivation. They organize the onboarding of new hires, maintain employee files and track attendance, lateness and leave. They ensure compliance with the internal regulations, produce HR indicators for Management and anticipate staffing needs as campaigns evolve.
What we expect
→HR or recruitment experience gained in a call center
→Significant experience in human resources and recruitment
→Solid knowledge of personnel administration
→Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
→Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
