Building and Fixed Installations Maintenance Technician in Rouiba

This position is based in Rouiba, in the wilaya of Algiers, and involves keeping the industrial buildings of a factory and its non-production fixed installations in good condition. You will carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule, covering roofs, facades, doors, loading docks, and electrical, water and ventilation systems. You will diagnose faults, repair or replace defective components, and coordinate the work of external contractors. Finally, you will ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental standards, and take part in the mandatory periodic inspections. This is a fixed-term contract.
