The role
The Technical Sales Representative, Construction and Geotechnics position at the LGCS laboratory, based in Algiers, involves growing the company's client portfolio. You will identify new markets, prospect construction companies, property developers and project owners, and follow tenders. You will analyze technical needs and take part in preparing technical and financial offers with Management and the technical department. Finally, you will support each project through to the award of the contract and its handover to the site.
What we expect
→Training in construction, civil engineering, public works, geotechnics or technical sales.
→At least 4 months of experience, ideally in the geotechnical sector.
→Knowledge of plans, specifications and quantity take-offs for preparing BPU and DQE.
→Negotiation skills and the ability to defend a price offer.
→Autonomy, results-orientation and good organizational skills.
