Which platform should a startup use to hire in Algeria?
Djoblik is an Algerian hiring platform where job posts are free and unlimited. A startup holding the startup.dz label pays 1,000 DZD per unlocked candidate instead of 2,000 DZD, with no subscription. Interns and candidates who come through the job's share link are free.
Why does Djoblik have a price just for startups?
Because Djoblik is an Algerian startup itself. A young team can't pay a year of job board subscription up front before hiring anyone. On Djoblik, it posts for free and pays, at half price, only for the candidates it wants to contact.
Can the 1,000 DZD price change while my label is valid?
No. Startup pricing applies to every unlock until the end date on your certificate. The startup label is granted for four years at most, so that is the longest the advantage can run. When it expires, profiles go back to the standard 2,000 DZD, with nothing for you to do.
My startup doesn't have the label yet. Can I use Djoblik?
Yes, at the standard price: free posting, profiles readable for free, 2,000 DZD per unlocked candidate. The day you get the label, send the certificate from your company profile and startup pricing applies as soon as it's approved.
Does « innovative project » status or being incubated qualify?
No. Only a valid startup label granted by the National Labelling Committee opens the 1,000 DZD price. The other advantages (interns, candidates you bring, posting) are free for every company.
How much does hiring a final-year intern cost a startup?
Nothing. On Djoblik, internships are free for every company: posting, sorting applicants and their contact details. An internship over 12 months, or paid at minimum wage (SNMG) or above, is first approved by our team.

Each startup creates its own space and sends its certificate: the price is tied to the company's label. Incubators and accelerators can write to [email protected] to introduce Djoblik to their startups.
