Purchasing Officer, Supplier Sourcing in Ouled Fayet

You will be responsible for identifying the purchasing needs expressed by internal departments and finding the suppliers best suited to each. The position covers the entire purchasing process, from consultation and tender to negotiation and contract award. You will assess the satisfaction of user departments and suggest ways to improve. You will then monitor contract execution by checking quantities, quality and payments. The position is based in Ouled Fayet, Algiers, and is offered on a fixed-term contract (CDD).
