Buyer in Rouiba

Smartel, a company specialized in vertical transportation based in Rouiba (Algiers), is looking for a buyer reporting to the purchasing and supply manager. You will purchase the raw materials, components and equipment needed for production, aiming for the best balance between price, lead time and quality. You will consult suppliers, negotiate terms, issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries until they are fully received.
