The role
SWIFTMED, a company specialized in the marketing of medical and parapharmaceutical equipment, is recruiting an International Trade Assistant based in Boumerdès or Boudouaou. You will be in charge of searching for and following up with foreign suppliers, comparing their offers and prices, and then preparing the purchase proposals submitted to management. You will organize the documents related to imports, follow up on the bank domiciliation, and coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers through to customs clearance. You will also take part in following up on packaging with the designer. This is a fixed-term contract (CDD) position.
What we expect
→Degree in international trade, foreign trade, logistics or an equivalent field.
→Experience in imports preferred.
→Knowledge of import procedures in Algeria preferred.
→Good command of French and English.
→Communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.
