The role
A business consulting and training firm based in Oran is recruiting a business development officer on a fixed-term contract (CDD). Working directly with management, the successful candidate identifies prospects, contacts them, analyses their needs and prepares proposals. They then handle follow-ups, organise meetings and build loyalty among existing clients. The goal is to develop new opportunities and follow projects through to completion.
What we expect
→Experience in prospecting, customer relations or selling services to businesses is an asset.
→Good spoken and written French.
→Comfortable on the phone and able to present an offer clearly.
→Autonomy, rigour, good listening skills and perseverance.
→Knowledge of the consulting sector is considered an advantage.
