The role
This position involves managing the company's network of points of sale in Constantine, on a permanent contract (CDI). You will recruit new points of sale, manage the existing portfolio and support them as they ramp up until they reach maturity. You will track their performance and revenue, produce activity reports and carry out audits. You will also train staff and coordinate with head office on the dedicated platform.
What we expect
→One to five years of experience in business development or network management.
→Negotiation skills and ability to monitor sales performance.
→Ability to train and support teams at points of sale.
→Rigor in producing reports.
→Must have a personal vehicle.
