The role
Refratech is hiring a Customer Relations Officer in Oran on a fixed-term contract (CDD) or assignment basis. The position is open to recent graduates as well as candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, customer service or administration. You will follow up with customers, respond to their requests and quickly resolve any issues they encounter. You will work with the sales and technical teams, manage the administrative files related to customer relations and help track performance indicators.
What we expect
→Bac+3 to Bac+5 in business, administration or a similar field
→1 to 5 years of experience, or a motivated recent graduate
→Good written and spoken communication skills in French and English
→Ability to work in a team and manage priorities
