The role
SARL TAP CHIHANI is recruiting a Senior Sales Representative on a permanent contract (CDI) for its site in Birtouta, in the wilaya of Algiers. The role involves developing and retaining a portfolio of key accounts in the industrial sector. The successful candidate carries out prospecting by phone and in the field, prepares offers tailored to clients' needs and leads negotiations through to the sale. They work closely with production, methods and customer service, and report regularly to the sales management. 6 to 10 years of experience is expected.
What we expect
→Minimum Bac+4 (Master 1 or Licence degree) in sales, management or a related field.
→6 to 10 years of experience in a similar sales role, ideally in industry.
→Strong negotiation and communication skills.
→Proficiency in telesales and key account management.
→Autonomy, rigor and good organizational skills.
