The role
Sen Vision is hiring a Sales Advisor on a permanent contract (CDI) for its store in Oran, in the optical sector. The position is open to entry-level candidates as well as experienced profiles. You welcome and advise customers in store or by phone, then offer solutions suited to their needs. You follow up on orders and customer files, handle complaints and help promote products. You also contribute to updating the customer database and to sales reporting.
What we expect
→Baccalauréat, Bac+2, bachelor's or master's degree in a field related to sales, business or health
→Entry level to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in optical sales or customer service
→Very good spoken and written French, Arabic is a plus
→Team spirit, organizational skills and autonomy
→Proficiency with basic computer tools
→Motivation, rigor and results orientation
