The role
Huawei Telecommunications Algeria is hiring an HRBP on a fixed-term contract in Bab Ezzouar, Algiers. The role is to support business directorates as a strategic HR partner, setting direction on organization, talent, motivation and the social climate. The selected candidate identifies the needs of each department, proposes HR solutions and leads the implementation of modules such as recruitment, training, performance and incentives. They also convey the company's values and culture and help managers improve how they manage their teams.
What we expect
→Three to five years of experience in human resources management.
→Ability to think clearly and identify the key issues.
→Command of both the theory and practice of one or two HR modules.
→Ability to manage HR communication in complex contexts.
→English level sufficient to work in an international language.
→Proficiency in Chinese, which is mandatory for this position.
