Structural Works Quantity Surveyor in Algiers

GAEA Construction is recruiting a structural works quantity surveyor on a fixed-term contract (CDD), based in Algiers, to join its technical team. You will carry out take-offs for structural works from plans and technical documents, then prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates. You will calculate concrete, steel, formwork and masonry quantities, and check that they are consistent with the execution drawings. You will take part in tender analysis, verification of completed quantities, and follow-up of work statements (attachements) and progress payment claims, working with the design office and the site teams.
