The role
A quantity surveyor verifier is wanted on a fixed-term contract (CDD) in Oran for a position in building or public works. You will analyze plans and technical documents to prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, then check quantities, surfaces and volumes on site. You will prepare and review bills of quantities and cost estimates, and examine the statements of work submitted by teams and service providers. You will identify discrepancies and propose the necessary corrections in coordination with the technical teams.
What we expect
→Degree in civil engineering, building, construction economics or equivalent training
→At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
→Strong command of plan reading and of quantity takeoff and verification techniques
→Rigor, precision and analytical mindset
→Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
