The role
A food processing company is hiring a Quality Control Manager based in Biskra to coordinate controls across all of its production sites. You will oversee the verification of raw materials, products in process and finished products. You will ensure compliance with the HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS Food and ISO 22000 standards, and manage the release or hold of batches as well as the handling of non-conformities. You will take part in audits and certification processes, monitor quality indicators and report to management.
What we expect
→Master's degree (Bac+5) in food processing, biology, food science or equivalent
→At least 5 years of experience in quality control in the food industry
→Team management experience preferred
→Command of HACCP and the FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS and ISO 22000 standards
→Rigor, hands-on leadership and responsiveness
→Fluent French; technical English is a plus
