The role
SARL TAP CHIHANI is recruiting a Health, Safety and Environment Manager on a permanent contract (CDI), based in Birtouta, with assignments at the Oued Smar and Eucalyptus sites. The selected candidate will implement and monitor the HSE policy in line with national and international standards, and ensure the prevention of occupational and environmental risks. They will carry out audits, propose corrective action plans, train staff and coordinate incident management. They will also report to management and work with the production, purchasing, transport and R&D departments.
What we expect
→Bac+4 to Bac+5 degree in HSE, engineering or a similar field.
→3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in industry or production.
→Good command of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and Algerian HSE regulations.
→Analytical mindset, rigor and organizational skills.
→Ability to train and raise awareness among staff.
→Must have own vehicle for travel between sites.
