The role
A private industrial company specializing in paper converting is looking for a production manager based in Les Eucalyptus, Algiers. The role involves organizing and carrying out the production plan and coordinating production and maintenance intervention schedules. The production manager ensures compliance with quality and safety standards and carries out studies to improve and diversify products. They supervise teams, assign workstations, manage rotations and train new operators.
What we expect
→Engineering degree (5 years of higher education) in process engineering, industrial chemistry, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, or an equivalent higher education qualification.
→Initial experience in managing manufacturing or packaging teams.
→Experience in an industrial environment organized in a shift system.
→Ability to supervise and train operators.
