The role
Kalos Beauty and Youth is recruiting an HSE Supervisor for its site in Kolea, in the wilaya of Tipaza. The role involves implementing and monitoring the HSE management system, carrying out risk assessments and safety inspections. The successful candidate analyzes incidents and puts corrective and preventive actions in place. They monitor environmental compliance, in particular the management of wastewater, emissions, and pharmaceutical and chemical waste. They also organize HSE training, prepare for emergency situations, and produce the indicators intended for Management.
What we expect
→Degree (3 to 5 years of higher education) in HSE, industrial safety, environment, or chemistry
→Minimum of four years of HSE experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing, or cosmetics sector
→Knowledge of Algerian HSE regulations and GMP requirements
→NEBOSH certification or equivalent strongly preferred
→Rigor, responsiveness, and a sense of responsibility
