The role
This technical sales position is based in Rouiba, in the wilaya of Algiers, and is aimed at an experienced professional in sales management. You will develop and retain a portfolio of key accounts in the industrial sector, analyzing each client's technical needs to offer suitable solutions. You will follow each file through to signing, take part in preparing proposals and negotiate contracts, working closely with the technical teams and the customer service department. You will produce regular reports and carry out competitive monitoring to identify new opportunities.
What we expect
→Bachelor's degree or first-year Master's (Master 1) in business, a technical field or a related area.
→3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in technical sales or key account management.
→Strong negotiation and verbal communication skills.
→Thorough knowledge of technical products and sales techniques.
→Autonomy and the ability to work in a team.
→Valid driving license and availability for business travel.
