The role
The medical and surgical clinic of Reghaia, in Algiers, is recruiting a Deputy Human Resources Director on a fixed-term contract. The role involves monitoring the HR budget, including headcount and payroll, and then proposing ways to improve it. You will analyze staff dashboards, covering in particular pay, leave and absenteeism, in order to put corrective measures in place. You will ensure compliance with labor law and take part in designing recruitment, training and internal mobility tools.
What we expect
→Higher education degree, ideally a master's in human resources management
→Minimum of five years of experience in human resources
→Managerial profile able to manage a budget
→Good command of labor regulations
