The role
Bicha Voyages is hiring a sales agent in Algiers to promote its travel services. You will welcome and advise customers, then present them with the travel offers and all of the agency's services. You will prospect for new customers, prepare sales proposals and follow up on requests through to booking and trip preparation. You will help build customer loyalty and achieve the agency's sales targets. This is a permanent position (CDI).
What we expect
→Degree in business, sales, tourism or an equivalent field.
→3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in sales or tourism.
→Communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
→Good customer reception, organization and customer service skills.
→Energy, autonomy and team spirit.
→Command of French and Arabic preferred.
