The role
We are looking for a kitchen assistant for a kitchen located in Dely Brahim, Algiers, on a fixed-term contract (CDD). You will help prepare dishes by selecting and cutting vegetables, meat and fish according to the recipe. You will contribute to cooking, checking seasoning and plating dishes before they are handed over to the service staff. You will also take care of the equipment and keep your station tidy, in strict compliance with food hygiene rules.
