Architect in Draria

This architect position is based in Draria, in the wilaya of Algiers, and falls within the design and studies field of the construction and public works sector. The post holder prepares execution files, including plans, technical data and administrative aspects, and prepares service offers according to the client's requirements. They draw up the construction contract, specifying costs, deadlines and guarantees, then monitor the site through each of its phases. They check that the work complies with requirements, for both structural work and finishing work, and write the end-of-site completion reports. At least one year of experience is required.
