The role
The design office KHADRAOUIA NSENN K.N.C, based in Aïn Benian, is recruiting an architect on a fixed-term contract for its building projects. You will draw up construction contracts, prepare execution files, and put together service proposals or responses to tenders. You will follow the site through each of its phases, check that the works comply with requirements, and write the end-of-works reports. The position also includes building appraisals requested by private clients.
What we expect
→Master's degree in architecture.
→At least two years of experience in design and site supervision.
→Good command of building standards and urban planning law.
→Rigor in writing technical documents.
