The role
You act as the link between customers and the company, based in Baraki (Algiers), on a fixed-term contract (CDD) open to beginners for two positions. You analyze customer requests by reviewing production lead times, product availability and costs. You prepare quotes, record orders and follow their progress through to delivery. You inform customers about products and services, then check their satisfaction in order to suggest adjustments.
