The role
The sales assistant position covers the handling of customer requests, from the technical study through to delivery. You prepare quotes specifying lead times, prices and payment terms, then record the orders. You follow their progress, from transport to packaging, and ensure payment follow-up in coordination with accounting or the disputes department. Finally, you ensure customer satisfaction and inform customers about products and services. The position is a fixed-term contract (CDD) in Dely Brahim, Algiers.
