The role
SARL Noufel Équipements, located in Hraoua, Algiers, is looking for an assistant in charge of invoicing and the analysis of technical specifications (cahiers des charges). You will prepare, check and track customer and supplier invoices, then handle payment reminders and follow up on payments. You will also help put together tender submission files and keep the archives and administrative dashboards up to date.
What we expect
→Bac+2 or Bac+3 in management, accounting or administration
→Rigor and attention to detail
→Organization and a methodical approach to handling files
→Ten years of experience in invoicing or public procurement is an asset
