The role
This Customer Relations and Partnerships Officer position is open in Algiers on a permanent contract (CDI), with the possibility of remote work. The successful candidate handles requests received via WhatsApp, through the website and by phone, then follows up on cases and writes regular reports. They also identify influencers and content creators, contact potential partners and present the company's services. They follow up on collaborations and produce summaries of the results achieved. Entry-level candidates are accepted.
What we expect

→Very good spelling and professional writing skills.
→Comfortable with phone communication and relationship building.
→Autonomy, rigor and good organizational skills.
→Good knowledge of social media, especially Instagram and TikTok.
