The role
Bueno Food is hiring a production line supervisor for its industrial site in Algiers. You will supervise the line's daily operations to meet deadlines and the expected product quality. You will organize the operators' work, assign tasks and make sure safety instructions are followed. You will carry out first-level maintenance of the equipment, analyze performance indicators and suggest continuous improvements. The position is offered on a fixed-term contract or assignment basis, with possible renewal depending on results.
What we expect
→Terminal level, Baccalauréat or TS (Bac +2) diploma in industry or production.
→Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in line management or a similar position.
→Good knowledge of industrial methods and quality and safety standards.
→Ability to manage a team and solve problems quickly.
