Production Manager in Oran

We are hiring a Production Manager on a fixed-term contract (CDD) in Oran to run the processing lines for jams, marmalades and honey. The role involves setting up cooking and mixing equipment, defining production standards and directly managing operations on the lines. The successful candidate doses raw materials, adjusts the Brix level and ensures the taste, texture and appearance of the products meet requirements. The role works in close coordination with the quality engineer to prevent crystallization.
