The role
This sales position is offered by an international company specialized in high-end real estate, which is opening new offices in Alger. The successful candidate builds a portfolio of individual and business clients, both domestic and international. They handle the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to signing, and conduct property viewings. They also monitor the local market to identify new opportunities. The position is a fixed-term contract (CDD), with a fixed salary plus uncapped commissions.
What we expect
→Proven experience in real estate, ideally high-end, or in sales.
→Fluency in Arabic, French and English, both written and spoken.
→Negotiation skills and ease in giving presentations.
→Autonomy and a results-oriented mindset.
→Must have a personal vehicle.
