The role
Groupe Diaval is hiring a junior accounting consultant on a fixed-term contract (CDD), based in Dély Brahim, Algiers, to strengthen its consulting team. The role combines accounting, taxation, and administrative and payroll-related personnel management. You will prepare monthly and annual tax returns, enter and analyze accounting data, and produce reports and summary notes for clients. You will also handle contract follow-up, salary calculation, and social security declarations. You will work closely with the firm's teams.
What we expect
→Degree in accounting, finance, or human resources management, with a bac+5 (master's level) preferred.
→Experience in an accounting firm or an HR department is a plus.
→Command of tax returns and social security obligations.
→Good knowledge of HR procedures and payroll management.
→Rigor, autonomy, and good organizational skills.
→Analytical, summarizing, and communication skills.
