Social Security Officer in Algiers

You will join the human resources department as a social security officer, in charge of employee social coverage in liaison with the CNAS and the CNR. You prepare declarations for new hires and affiliation requests, then submit monthly and annual declarations to the relevant bodies. You process benefit claims (sick leave, work accidents, maternity, reimbursements, family allowances, retirement) and follow up on any appeals. You help schedule medical check-ups in coordination with the occupational physician and keep staff informed of regulatory changes in social matters.
