The role
This Bank ABC branch in Algiers is hiring a Customer Service Officer on a permanent contract (CDI). The successful candidate welcomes and guides customers, processes counter transactions and manages a cash desk on a daily basis, with speed and accuracy. The role also involves helping to sell basic products in cooperation with the advisors, replenishing the counters and ensuring that the ATMs are running smoothly. The position requires 3 to 5 years of experience and a strong sense of customer relations.
