The role
SPA SIPADES is recruiting a Human Resources Manager on a fixed-term contract (CDD), based in Aïn Benian, Algiers. Reporting to management, you will handle personnel administration, from drafting contracts and certificates to tracking leave and attendance. You will also be in charge of payroll processing, social and tax filings, and dealings with the CNAS. The position requires immediate availability and rigorous upkeep of employee files.
What we expect
→University degree in human resources management, business law, legal sciences or management.
→Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a private company.
→Fluent command of PC Paie, Odoo and Excel.
→Good knowledge of Algerian labor law and CNAS procedures.
→Rigor, confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills.
