Human Resources Manager in Hydra

FAST, based in Hydra, Algiers, is recruiting a Human Resources Manager on a permanent contract (CDI). The post-holder leads the entire HR function: personnel administration, payroll, employee relations and regulatory compliance. They draw up employment contracts, maintain employee files, prepare payroll in coordination with accounting and manage social security filings with the CNAS. They also handle communication with the labour inspectorate, update the internal regulations and take part in the onboarding, training and development of the teams. The role also includes work on HR processes and dashboards.
