The role
FAST, based in Hydra, Algiers, is recruiting a Marketing Manager on a permanent contract (CDI). The Marketing Manager defines the marketing strategy to build brand awareness, attract new customers and retain the existing customer base, and manages the budget and performance in direct collaboration with the CEO. The role involves designing communication campaigns, managing digital advertising campaigns and building CRM journeys. It also includes working with the sales teams on offers for partners, as well as leading a multidisciplinary marketing team.
What we expect
→Higher education degree in marketing, business, communication or equivalent
→Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, including 2 years in team management
→Proven experience in B2C marketing in a high purchase frequency sector
→Experience managing a marketing budget and measuring return on investment
→Command of key metrics: customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, retention
→Knowledge of the Algerian consumer and their digital habits
