The role
Groupe Diaval is hiring a Social Media Manager on a fixed-term contract (CDD) to lead its digital presence from Dély Brahim, Algiers. You will create original content for social networks, including posts, stories, short videos and visuals. You will manage and optimize sponsored campaigns, then analyze the statistics to draw creative ideas. You will also monitor trends and competitors, and take part in digital communication activities such as newsletters and the website.
What we expect
→Master 2 degree in digital marketing, digital communication or an equivalent field.
→One to five years of experience in social media management.
→Excellent command of social platforms and online advertising.
→Comfortable with visual and video creation tools.
→Creativity, initiative and a taste for experimentation.
→Rigor, autonomy and strong written and visual communication skills.
