The role
Bueno Food is hiring an HSE Supervisor on a fixed-term or assignment basis, based in Algiers. The successful candidate will coordinate health, safety and environment activities and ensure that procedures comply with the regulations in force. They will train teams in good practices, carry out audits and inspections to identify risks. They will analyze incidents, propose corrective and preventive measures and prepare reports. They will also integrate HSE requirements into projects carried out with other departments.
What we expect
→Certification or TS (Bac +2) in safety, environment or risk management
→Proven experience of 6 to 10 years, ideally in HSE supervision
→Good knowledge of the HSE standards applicable in Algeria
→Ability to manage a team and communicate with a variety of stakeholders
→Analytical mind and rigor
