Telephone Operator in BEB EZZOUAR

The company Mediavox is recruiting a telephone operator for its position based in Beb Ezzouar, Algiers, on a fixed-term contract (CDD). The position falls under sales force, tele-advisory and telesales. You will be responsible for identifying the nature of each request, whether it is an order, an information request or a complaint, and then directing the customer to the appropriate procedures. You will also enter the data of each call, whether it is taking an order or a booking, and update the customer file. Entry-level candidates are accepted.
